Spring is right around the corner and what better way to spread the fever than with your Voice services.


Most of us are still coming out of the “winter funk” and do not realize that now is the time to reach out to your “cabin fevered” customers. As the snow melts and the temperatures warm, your clients are ready to make appointments and get out of the house. This means more foot traffic, more phone calls, and more chances to advertise. It’s time to push last seasons’ goods on discount and spike interest in the new season’s necessities.

To quote Leo Tolstoy, “Spring is the time of plans and projects.” We often associate Spring with a time of growth and renewal; a time to organize and regroup from a long winter. Now is the time to dust off your old scripts and add a bit of “Spring Fever.”

As your clients sit on hold with you, tell them what they want to hear. Tell them how you can end their winter restlessness, and what you can offer to kick off their new season. As they walk through your store, not only do they want to visualize the new season; they want to hear it. Your selection of music, as well as your choice of overhead messaging, can push the client closer to purchasing those warmer weather items, even with snow still on the ground.

Decide what the Spring season means to you. More than likely, you are not alone in your thoughts and feelings. Remind your clients of the holidays and gatherings within the Spring season: St. Patrick’s Day, Spring Break, Easter, Mother’s Day and graduations, just to name a few.

Spring advertising is a chance to melt the mental snow clouding each of your customers, and gives them a notion of hope and excitement for the months to come. Whatever you are offering for Spring, let us help entice and excite your customers.
