It’s been a bit since a new volume of Burn To Shine was produced or released, but it’s worth highlighting nonetheless. Burn To Shine is a music DVD series created by filmmaker Christoph Green and ex-Fugazi drummer Brendan Canty. For each volume, Christoph and Brendan travel to a city, select a house that’s been slated for demolition, capture the history of the property, bring in bands from the area to perform a one-take song, and then burn it to the ground. Simple concept. Amazing videos.
