Tuesday’s lunch break was fueled by the sounds of the Brooklyn-based alternative-rock band, DREAMERS.

The trio, comprised of Nick Wold (vocals, guitar), Chris Bagamery (drums, backup vocals), and Nelson (bass, backup vocals), entertained the San Diego staff and Music Designers with several songs, including sneak previews of tracks from their forthcoming record. Their self-dubbed “’70s punk meets power pop” sound is chock-full of slick three-part harmonies and punchy guitar riffs.

DREAMERS kicked off the showcase with their current single, “Wolves (You Got Me)” (a personal favorite), and immediately had the entire room hooked. Nick next belted out the new track “Come Down Slow,” followed by the first single from the new record, “Shooting Shadows.” We were in for a treat, as this was the band’s first ever acoustic performance of the song. [Nailed it.] The guys wrapped up with another new song, “Drugs,” before spending a little time snapping a few pics and chatting with the Music Design team.

Dreamers

A huge thank you to DREAMERS and our friends at Fairfax Recordings!
