With all the hype surrounding the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) movement today, it is encouraging to know there is an alternative to the overwhelming heavy electro and techno productions prevalent in so much of the dance music.

There’s a deeper, more satisfying style of vocal house music picking up steam. Reminiscent of the ’90s, this deep-house sound doesn’t trend in one tempo and lends itself to rich bass lines that tend to be a bit more head-strong than packaged.

After this winters cold-snap many will be dreaming of warmer, more inviting surroundings. Check out some of these recommendations below as a perfect warm-up. I think you’ll agree, the emotion and vibe is inviting, comfortable, cool, a bit more relaxed, and still up-beat.
