Burger is keeping the spirit of teenage Rock & Roll alive in the 21st century. If you’re at all interested in Garage, Power Pop, LoFi Rock, Punk, or cassette tapes, chances are you’ve heard something Burger Records has touched.

Burger played a big roll in the cassette boom that’s been going on for the last couple of years. They built their reputation putting out cassette editions of albums that were released in other formats on larger labels (albums by The Black Lips, The Go, Ty Segall, Thee Oh Sees, Jaill etc.). Now they’re putting out all formats and running a record shop in Orange County. Dedicated to a love of music over a love of money, they take the DIY mentality all the way and have scored a dedicated following for it.

Bad Sports “All The Time”

Ty Segall “Lovely One”

Check out the “Burger Sampler” on their website.  It features one track from everything they’ve ever released!
